Installation of duktape

Install duktape by running the following commands: 

sed -i 's/-Os/-O2/' Makefile.sharedlibrary
make -f Makefile.sharedlibrary INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr

Now, as the root user: 

make -f Makefile.sharedlibrary INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr install
